Back to Silver Street for more work… New brake disks and pads fitted – Brembo disks and Ferodo DS2500 pads New brake hoses fitted all round – Goodridge braided hoses New poly top engine mounts And brake fluid changed.

Ordered front and rear pads from Circuit Supplies Ferodo DS2500 – £145.23 for the lot.

Ordered some bits from Parts for Saabs. Goodridge braided brake hoses to improve my stopping, and an Engine Upper Torque Arm bush kit to hold things in place. £109.91 delivered.

Off to Silver Street Had strut brace fitted, and the poly gearbox mount. Had it made a difference? Not that I can tell…

Ordered a strut brace from Abbott Racing as well as a set of engine mounts. Expensive at £289.64 delivered for both of them, but hopefully it will keep things a bit stiffer.

Off to Silver Street for post-winter service. This time just an oil and filter change. Flushing oil too. Somehow came to £110 though.

Ordered more stuff from Elkparts Pollen filter Fuel Filter Oil filter Oil sump plug and gasket Spark plugs

So, back from the ring, and back to the garage. Silver Street again. They removed the panels underneath the engine and properly fixed the wastegate actuator clip. Also replaced lots of the old vacuum pipe with new silicon stuff. Did an oil and filter change too.
